Licensee is looking for an operationally and financially qualified entity that wants to enter the market on reasonable terms. May also consider an LMA/Option or outright purchase. The LMA programmer will have to provide its own office/studio facilities or operate remotely and will have the opportunity to pick new call letters. All transmission facilities are well-built, up-to-date, and well-maintained. Start-up will require a three-month deposit against monthly LMA fees and reimbursable operating expenses which must be replenished if necessary.
